How to make braised quail eggs
1.Put the quail eggs into a pot with cold water. Boil the water for three minutes and then turn off the heat. Pour the cold water over it. Cover and shake the quail eggs to make them easier to peel. Break the spices into small pieces and put them into the pot so that the flavors can be released more easily. Cut the pork belly into pieces and place them on the bottom of the pot (I forgot to take a picture of the pork belly here)
2.Pork belly pad At the bottom of the pot, put the quail eggs into the pot (you can also replace the quail eggs with eggs, or add fried dried tofu or frozen tofu), add three spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of sugar (the spoons are all tablespoons), and add water No food.
3. Just simmer over low heat and use less water.
