Wash the freshly picked cowpeas; -

Change the dried tofu and bacon into strips, change the cowpea into segments, slice the garlic, and cut the pepper into rings; -

Tips
1. After cutting the dried tofu, it is best to fry it in oil or fry until it is light golden;
2. If you grow your own cowpeas, you don’t need to blanch them. After boiling them in a pot, stir-fry them over medium heat until they are raw and then stir-fry them with other ingredients;
