Ingredients (8)
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1-1 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- Large pinch of ground cloves
Method
- Step 1 Combine cumin, coriander, turmeric, chilli flakes, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves in a small bowl.
