- 45ml dark rum
- Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale
- juice of 1/4 lime
- 1 tsp passionfruit pulp
- 1 fresh long red chilli, sliced diagonally
- 2 mint sprigs
- ice
Method
- Step 1 Combine dark rum, lime juice and 1 teaspoon passionfruit pulp in a short glass
- Step 2 Add 1 slice of fresh chilli, 2 mint leaves and fill glass with ice
- Step 3 Top with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale and garnish with 1 slice of fresh chilli and a mint sprig
