Clean the shrimps, mince the pork into mince and set aside. -

Remove the stems of amaranth and leave only the leaves. -

Put the amaranth into a pot and blanch it, remove and cool and drain. -

Chop the shrimps into minced meat and add five-spice powder and ginger powder. Pour in hot oil to bring out the aroma. Add salt and soy sauce to taste. -

Chop the amaranth into fine pieces. -

Put in the fresh meat filling and stir evenly in one direction and set aside. -

Choose thinner wonton wrappers for better taste. -

Put appropriate amount of filling on the wonton wrapper and wrap it up. -

Wrap them one by one and put them in a crisper. -

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add wontons and cook until cooked. -

Add chopped green onion and chili powder and pour in hot oil. -

Add vinegar, soy sauce and salt to taste. -
