Soak and blanch the fungus. -

Wash two Dutch cucumbers. -

Pat and cut into small pieces. -

Put the fungus and cucumber in a bowl. -

Millet pepper, coriander. -

Put coriander and millet pepper on top, season with appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil. -
