Cut both ends of the edamame to make it more flavorful, put a small spoonful of salt in water, rinse well and set aside. -

Add water and salt to the pot. When the water is open, add the edamame and some oil and cook for 5 minutes. Do not cook it too much. -

Remove from cold water and put into a plate. -

Cut the garlic into minced garlic, place it on the edamame, and pour light soy sauce (steamed fish soy sauce) into it. -

Heat the oil in a pan until it starts to smoke. -

Pour the hot oil over the minced garlic and mix evenly. Taste if it is not salty and then add some salt and you are ready to eat.
