How to make salted egg baked pumpkin
1.Peel the pumpkin and scoop out the pumpkin seeds in the middle
2.Slice for later use p>
3.Wash and chop green onions
4.Two cooked salted egg yolks, crushed with a spoon
5. Heat the pot, add oil, when the oil is hot, add pumpkin and stir-fry until almost cooked, take it out and set aside 6. Put oil into the pot and pour in the crushed salted egg yolk
7. When it bubbles, add a small amount of water
8. Pour in the pumpkin and stir-fry, then cover the pot and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until the pumpkin is cooked. Add a little salt and that's it.
