Peel and shred the white radish, add 10 portions of salt. -

Pinch out the excess water from the shredded radish. Then rinse away excess salt with cold water. -

Rinse the shrimp skin once with boiling water. -

Put shredded radish, dried shrimps, coriander, vinegar and sesame oil into a basin and mix well. -
