Ingredients: Pleurotus pleurotus (cleaned), Chinese cabbage (cleaned and cut), eggs. -

Blanch the Pleurotus pleurotus in boiling water and take it out. -

Heat oil in a pan, add eggs and fry on both sides until golden brown. -

Place on the chopping board and cut. -

Then, add the Chinese cabbage and cut fried eggs, add appropriate amount of water and stir-fry until the Chinese cabbage is broken. -

Next, stir-fry the blanched pleurotus pleurotus and add an appropriate amount of soy sauce. -

Add appropriate amount of salt. -

Season and stir-fry until combined.
